Can I rewatch the online seminar I made online?

We can record, store, and even edit your live streams and webcasts. This helps with educational videos, training materials, and online distribution.

What is the difference between webcasting and streaming?

Live streaming is the transmission of live video and audio media over the Internet and webcasting is the action of broadcasting an event over the Internet.

How do I reserve the webcasting equipment?

If you are interested in renting webcasting equipment, please contact us to verify equipment availability. Give us a call at (786)220-1752 or write to us using the contact us form.
Payments can be done through our website, using PayPal secure system, you just must:
– Select the package you want and any additional equipment.
– Select the number of hours for rental.
– Click on “Add to Car
Once you finish selecting the equipment, you can click on “Cart” or “Checkout“. This will open another window where you must input information about your event: Contact name and phone number, as well as the event date, time, and place where it will take place.
If you have a PayPal account, use your username and password to log in. If you don’t have an account, select “Pay with a debit or credit card, or Bill Me Later”
Input information about the form of payment and follow the instructions.
Once your payment is made you will receive confirmation from PayPal, and a few hours later we will send an email with confirmation about your event reservation.

How do I pick up and drop off the webcasting equipment?

We always deliver the rented equipment at least one hour before the event starts. We set up all devices and picked them up after the event.
