Professional Conference Package is recommended for special events where you don't want to be in charge of the AV equipments. A professional will operate the AV system taking care of all related audio and visual details while you do the multimedia presentation. This system is best used for PowerPoint slideshow presentations in conference meetings, fundraisings, anniversaries, weddings and more.

How does it work?

Payments can be done through our website, using PayPal secure system, you just have to:

Select number of days for rental.
Select how many packages you want to rent.
It is important to input information about your event: Contact name and phone number, as well as event date, time and place where it will take place.
Click on "Add to Car"
Once you finish selecting equipments, you can click on "View Cart", this will open a PayPal window where you can "Check Out"
If you have a Paypal account, use your username and password to login. If you don't have an account, select "Pay with a debit or credit card, or Bill Me Later"
Input information about form of payment, follow the instructions.
Once your payment is done you will receive a confirmation from PayPal, and a few hours later we will send an email with confirmation about your event reservation.
