Description

An onsite technician will be part of the team that turns a venue into a functioning event environment. When providing onsite event support, our technicians always dress and act professionally, are courteous to your staff and audience, and are careful to do no damage during equipment set-up and disassembly.

We also count on IT technicians to help supervise the event workflow and support the onsite AV leader.

Onsite technician

We coordinate any details about the event with the event coordinators or the person in charge to discuss audio, lighting, and video requirements. This allows us to know where to set up and install microphones, video monitors, projectors, speakers, and video cameras. We also conduct sound, visual, and performance quality, and adjust equipment to create ideal auditory and visual experiences for your audience.
