What can be duplicated?:
CAVSI may duplicate the following materials:
• Personal tapes which were videotaped or recorded by you. This includes personal videotapes or classroom tapes.
• Programs for which you have express written permission from the copyright holder to duplicate. A copy of this permission must be provided to us when a Duplication Request is made. |

What can not be duplicated?
In general CAVSI can not legally duplicate any of the following materials:
• Tapes of programs which may have been rented or recorded from television, laser disc or any broadcast source as movies, television shows, news programs, or something similar.
• Commercial tapes for which the customer is not the producer or copyright holder as videos, music videos, etc.
• Computer software as operating system, word processors, or image processors.
• Movies with adult content. |
